Around 560 MSME Companies from manufacturing and service sectors were surveyed across the country and this report is based on the responses of the HR and Business Heads of these companies. A detailed questionnaire with 55 questions was designed and tested before conducting the survey. The Survey covered all the dimensions of business framework, HR Management and Statutory Compliance aspects. The survey was conducted online to cover the entire country, giving an opportunity to the voice of MSMEs.
