Enterprise EOR in India, Ready for Procurement

From MSA to first compliant hire in about 23 days.

Last updated: October 26, 2026 · Reviewed by the Husys India EOR Payroll & Compliance Team

An enterprise EOR in India has to clear your security review, your vendor audit and your finance team before it hires anyone. Husys is built for that: the legal employer in its own name, registrations you can check yourself, PO and cost-centre billing, and a named team that reports to you every week, month and quarter.

Vendor due diligence

Five questions to ask any India EOR, answered

A confident "we're compliant" is a claim, not proof. Here's what we answer, and how you can check it yourself.

Question your procurement team should askHusys answerHow to verify
Who is the legal employer in India?Husys, in its own name. The same entity appears on the contract, payslip and PF registration.Check the company identity number (CIN) on India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal
Which registrations does that entity hold?PF, ESI, tax deduction (TAN) and GST, held by HusysEPFO, ESIC, GST and income-tax portals
Which states can it employ in?All 36 states and union territoriesProfessional tax and Shops & Establishments registrations, by state
How are exits handled?Notice set in the contract (median 45 days), settlement within 2 working days, $0 termination feeSample contract and settlement statement
Who carries liability if a filing is missed?Husys, as the legal employer. 100% of filings on time to date.Monthly filing records; liability terms in the MSA
Permanent establishment risk: an EOR reduces the risk of India treating your company as having a taxable presence. It doesn't remove it. Risk rises if India staff sign or negotiate contracts for you, so we review role design before offers go out. Ask your tax adviser how this applies to your structure. Full due-diligence checklist →

Billing built for enterprise

Invoices that fit your finance process

Purchase orders

Invoice against your PO

Every invoice quotes your PO number and draws down against it, so it clears accounts payable first time.

Example: PO 4500012345 covers 12 months of fees for 40 employees ($47,520). Each monthly invoice of $3,960 quotes the PO and shows the balance left.
Cost centres

Split by business unit

Separate invoices, or one invoice with sections, for each business unit or cost centre.

Example: 60 India employees ($5,940 a month) split three ways: Engineering CC-1101 (38 people, $3,762), Support CC-2203 (15, $1,485), Finance CC-3105 (7, $693).
Multi-currency

Billed in your currency

Each of your entities can be billed in its own currency and paid by wire.

Example: your US parent pays for its India team in USD, your UK subsidiary in GBP and your German subsidiary in EUR, each on its own invoice.

Salaries and statutory costs are passed through at actual cost. Examples use the $99 list fee before any enterprise discount.
