The Sexual Harassment of Women at work place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 was passed by the Lok Sabha to ensure the safety of women in workplaces and encourage women’s participation in the workforce. It is mandatory for ALL organizations to comply with this law. This law empowers organizations to create an inclusive and safe environment by providing a platform for redressal and grievance mechanisms against workplace sexual harassment.

The Act has made it mandatory for organizations to take accountability for preventing and redressing any form of sexual harassment experienced by their women stakeholders during the course of their work in your organization.
